DROCKSTAR SHUVO COMING TO RETURN IN STYLE Desk : Shuvo, also known as DRockstarShuvo, is going to release his latest single “Otopor” in the coming Eid-Ul-Fitr as part of his upcoming album titled ‘DRockstarShuvo’.

After winning the D-Rockstar competition in 2006, Shuvo has been very active musically especially in the rock music scene of Bangladesh. He has also been performing as the lead singer of the band ‘Fuad & Friends’ since 2008. He took a break to study music for a while and spent almost 3 years studying music in Sydney before recently coming back to Bangladesh to start performing again.

Listeners will be able to listen to ‘Otopor’, which is also the title tract of his upcoming album, exclusively on their GP Music app. They will also be gifted with a music video of this upcoming single as well as a ‘rockumentary’ reflecting on the rockstar’s musical journey which will be released in the latter part of July following the release of the album.

The music video and rockumentary have been directed and produced by Flybotstudios. ‘Otopor’ the song has been written by Mehedi Ansari, and the music is created by Shaker Reza. Popular musicians Sporshia, Hamza, Shan and Shouro will be seen along with Shuvo in this alternative mellow rock-style music video.

The full album, including the title track, will be released in the GP Music app in July. The album will be released in Eid ul Adha under G-Series. Shaker Reza, Rafa, Fuad Al Muktadir, Amzad, Mehedi Ansari, Shahankabondho, Tushar, Meer Masum, ShaonGunwala and Palash Noor have been associated with this album in different compositional and lyrical capacities. The album was photographed by the famous photographer Imtiaz Alam Beg, who has undertaken such photography after a long time.

In terms of solo career, Shuvo's debut album was released in 2007, second album in 2010 and the last album in 2013.
